Refund policy

At Reef Beauties, we offer a 15-Day Guarantee Policy for most items that we ship, as long as your tank is well cared-for and fish are acclimated properly and on time. Once an order is shipped, we cannot issue refunds. If you need to cancel your order before it ships due to a personal circumstance (e.g. we have the livestock available and ready to ship, but you suddenly had to cancel for a personal reason), we will issue a full refund, minus the 4% credit card/Paypal processing fee and a $45 restocking fee.

Credit card companies and Paypal do not refund the 4% fee they charge us for every transaction. However, if you are canceling an order because we don't have an item you ordered in stock and available for shipping, we will issue a full refund, including the 4% fee.
