Guarantee Claims

If your tank is well-maintained and something that you ordered did not make it within 15 days of delivery, please fill out the form below to file a guarantee claim.

Guarantee claims will get reviewed and processed by every Friday, in conjunction with our inventory updates to ensure that you have plenty of livestock to choose from if looking to order immediately.
