Guarantee Claims

If something that you ordered did not make it within 15 days of delivery, please fill out the form below to file a guarantee claim.

Guarantee claims will get reviewed and processed by every Friday, in conjunction with our inventory updates to ensure that you have plenty of livestock to choose from if looking to order immediately.

Please be thorough with your responses! Doing so will ensure faster and more seamless claim processing and reduce the need for back and forth.

Please Note: We REQUIRE photos of deceased specimens to be taken outside of water on a white paper towel, with the date and order number hand-written on the paper towel.

We cannot process your claim if this requirement is not fulfilled.

Sadly this is a new requirement due to a significant amount of fraudulent guarantee claims that we receive.
